Warm Like a Duvet

NYC has officially entered the polar vortex and we are all trying our best not to freeze, as it's so cold our faces hurt when the wind blows. I've lived in my Canada Goose parka all last winter, but this year I have a new best friend - my Duvetica Thiadue pure goose down jacket. At first glance it looks pretty light and weightless (and it is!), but once on, it is much more than that – I feel like it literally inducts heat and it is so incredibly warm. The wool/cashmere composition is also absolute luxury. It's safe to say it is definitely my go-to puffer this winter. The quietness of Gantry State Park in the winters is also a nice place to get a spectacular view of the city at night; almost like a backyard retreat for me and the hubs.
