Every year Bon Appétit has a wonderful program where they select The Hot 10: America's Best New Restaurants. I had the pleasure of trying a few dishes at Semilla, a Brooklyn-based restaurant by José Ramírez-Ruiz and Pamela Yung that is one of the 2015 winners. It is communal-style dining, where you sit around the chef's table and take in the entire experience. The pre-fixe menu goes for $75/person, and the vegetable-forward cuisine is simply exquisite.
