We went on a little road trip to Stone Ridge this past weekend with Bentley Motors to experience their new Flying Spur V8 S. Tuned for power and performance, the Flying Spur proved its sharpness and sophistication especially on the highway, only amplified by the autumn leaves currently in full swing. Upon arrival at the newly renovated Hasbrouck House, we were left to explore the beautiful property and take a drive around town, before joining the intimate group for cocktail hour and a dinner experience of utmost quality at Butterfield. Executive Chef Shawn Burnette walked us through the 11-course meal, as we enjoyed dish after dish. With bellies full, we went back to our rooms to gather warmer gear, to shortly regroup outside for a bonfire with s'mores going well into the night. Breakfast at leisure the next morning was just as scrumptious, with soft scrambled eggs and rich purple potatoes cooked to perfection. This was a trip exuding leisure, with every detail considered, just as as their vehicles are. Thank you so much to the Bentley Motors team for a wonderful weekend away and for introducing to us a ride of unrivaled luxury.
